Day 01: Abroad - Delhi
Arrive at International Airport in Delhi. From here you will be escorted by Great India Holiday representative to the designated hotel for you. After traditional Indian welcome with garland at reception, check in to the hotel. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.
Delhi: Delhi is the capital of India. Here you can observe a unparalleled combination of tradition and modernity. Delhi is distinctly divided in to two parts – Old Delhi and New Delhi. There are many places of tourist interest in Delhi. Grand architectural monuments, beautiful gardens, modern shopping complexes, bustling bazaars etc are some of major attractions of the capital city of the sub-continent of India. It is sure that its fascination will never fail to allure you.
Day 02: Delhi
After hearty breakfast at the hotel, proceed for combined city tour of Old and New Delhi. Visit to the magnificient Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Qutub Minar, India Gate, Humayun’s Tomb, Raj Ghat, President House, Museums, Modern Shopping Malls and many other picturesque locations. Wonder in to bustling bazaars of Chandani Chawk. Take pleasure with shopping in Cannaught Place and other modern shopping complexes. After exploring the city, return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 03: Delhi - Agra
Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and then drive to Agra. Upon arrival in Agra, Great India Holiday representative will assist you to transfer you to the designated hotel for you. Freshen up and have a lavish lunch at the hotel. Later proceed to visit to the world heritage Taj Mahal and the grand Agra Fort.
Agra Fort – This grand fort lies on the bend of the river Yamuna, almost in the heart of the town. Built by a great mughal emperor Akbar, this grand fort is made of red sandstone. So it is also called the Red Fort. This fort is unique in its architectural style.
Taj Mahal - Taj Mahal is a beautiful white marble love monument which was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in the loving memory of his beloved queen Mumtaj Mahal after her death. The Taj Mahal is India’s star tourist attraction. (Taj Mahal is closed on Friday). Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 04: Agra - Jaipur
Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and then drive to Jaipur – the capital of Rajasthan also known as the Pink City. En route visit Fatehpur Sikri – the deserted capital of Emperor Akbar. Also visit en route Bharatpur – famous for bird sanctuary. Continue your drive to Jaipur. Upon arrival in Jaipur, Great India Holiday representative will assist you to transfer you to
the designated hotel for you. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. Spend rest of the day in comfort at your hotel room. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 05: Jaipur
Have an early morning breakfast at the hotel and then take an excursion trip to the Amber Fort also known as the Amer Fort. Enjoy elephant ride to the fort. Return to the hotel. After lavish lunch at the hotel, proceed for city tour of the pink city. Visit many timeless monument of the city. Visit to the City Palace, Jantar Mantar, bustling bazaars and many other picturesque places of tourist interest. After exploring the city, return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 06: Jaipur – Pushkar
Have a relaxed breakfast at the hotel and the drive to Pushkar (130 km).
Pushkar: Pushkar is a small town and famous for its religious importance in Hindus as well as Muslims. This picturesque is basically famous for its annual fair and festival which is celebrated during the month of Kartika (in November) each year. Pushkar festival is basically a cattle trade fair. Camels, goats, sheep, traditional clothes, jewellery and spices are sold and bought in this festival. One can also enjoy cultural programs, camel racing and colourful festivities. During festival and on Kartika Purnima, visitors never forget to take a holy dip in to the holy lake of Pushkar. There is famous temple dedicated to Lord Brahma.
Upon arrival at Pushkar, Great India Holiday representative will assist you to transfer you to the Royal Camp where you will feel deluxe nostalgia of a past era of the Maharaja’s Safari and Shikar Camps. There are many tents in the camp and each have balcony, bedroom and bathroom. The camp has also a big dining tent to serve the of Rajasthani cuisine. For evening entertainment, there is a fine arrangement of campfire with cocktails & rhythms of the Thar music, folk dancers, folk music, magicians, puppet shows and camel parades. Freshen up and relax at the camp. Spend rest of the day at leisure and enjoy the facilities of the Royal Camp. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the camp.
Day 07 : Pushkar
Have a hearty breakfast at the camp then become a part of Pushkar. Enjoy fair and never fail to take opportunity of wonderful photography of Pushkar fair. After exploring festival, return to the camp. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 08 : Pushkar - Ajmer - Delhi
After hearty breakfast in the morning drive to Ajmer (15 Km). Upon arrival in Ajmer, proceed to sightseeing of Ajmer. Ajmer is a green oasis and one of the most sacred places of Muslim in India. It is situated on the Shore of Ana Sagar Lake, encircled by barren hills. This city was founded by Ajaypal Chauhan in 7th century. Here is situated famous hill fort – Taragarh Fort. Visit to the Dargah and Adhai Din Ka Jhonpra. In the afternoon you will be transferred to the railway station to catch train for Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, Great India Holiday representative will assist you to transfer you to the designated hotel for you. Freshen up and relax at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 09 : Delhi- Abroad
Have a hearty breakfast at the hotel and spend rest of the day in comfort at the hotel and you can also spend this day in your own independent activities. After a farewell dinner, Great India Holiday representative will assist you to transfer you in time to the International Airport to connect flight for your home/onward destination.
