The Mewar Festival of Mewar in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India is celebrated to welcome the arrival of the spring. The women folk gather to dress the images of Isar and Gangaur, who are the main deities at this festival and then carry them in a ceremonial procession through different parts of the city.
